It feels like spring here in Northern California, which makes me start looking forward to long days of summer fun in the sun. For all you cookie monsters out there, here’s a little sneak preview of some of our 
gourmet cookie flavors coming up in the summer months.
May kicks off the summer season with Coconut Key Lime cookies. There’s nothing like mild coconut and tangy lime to whisk you away to an imaginary tropical paradise. June’s gourmet cookies will be Mint Chocolate Chip, a perfectly sweet refreshing flavor for the hot days of summer. July goes classic with chewy peanut butter cookies just like the ones mother used to make. Here’s to planning ahead… we have your summer sweet tooth all taken care of.
Back by Popular Demand: Cherry Truffle Hearts
They were such a hit over Valentine’s Day that we’ve decided to bring back our Cherry Truffle Hearts for Springtime.

Our specialty here at Allison’s is making vegan versions of classic sweet treats and then adding interesting flavors to create truly compassionate gourmet desserts. A great example of this process is our peanut brittle. We
took classic brittle like grandma used to make, transformed it into a vegan delight, and then added our own unique flavors. Our amazing spiced peanut brittle is tingly and warming, sweet and salty, crispy and absolutely delicious. It’s everything you’ve ever wanted in a snack, plus it’s organic! And, because everything is better with chocolate, we also offer our classic brittle covered in a rich layer of luscious dark chocolate. Fair-Trade Mochas
If you haven’t yet tried our awesome fair-trade coffee and drinking chocolate, you’re missing out. Both drinks 
are amazing on their own, but my favorite way to enjoy them is combined in a rockin’ vegan mocha. Rich, dark chocolate with aromatic fair-trade coffee, what could be better? For more exciting flavors, try a nutty mocha with our Decaf Vanilla Nut coffee, or use Peppermint Drinking Chocolate for a tingly, cooling 
treat. Just because the weather’s getting warmer (at least for the moment, here in Northern California!) doesn’t mean these drinks have to hide in the pantry. Iced mochas and chocolate milkshakes make great warm weather treats.
We Love Cookies!
Here at Allison’s Gourmet, cookies are our first love. We make a lot of really awesome products, but it all started with Allison’s quest to make a truly delicious vegan cookie. We now offer 
twelve out-of-this-world flavors of chewy vegan cookies highlighting a different flavor each month, including Butterscotch Pecan in March, Classic Chocolate Chip in April, and Coconut Key Lime in May. Now that things have calmed down a bit, we’re looking ahead to the next chocolate-filled holiday this spring, Easter. It comes early this year, on April 5th, so start planning ahead and don’t let it sneak up on you. Organic, fair-trade chocolate bunnies, solid chocolate eggs, and filled eggs are all coming soon to our website. Our bunnies and eggs are made of dairy-free, premium-quality dark chocolate, and the filled eggs include truffle, nut butter, and caramel filled varieties. YUM! So, whether you decide to order a fair-trade chocolate bunny and eggs gift set, or indulge in a special Easter gift basket, be sure you do so before mid-March to ensure timely delivery.
Still Time for Valentine’s Day Orders
There’s still time to order your chocolate gifts for Valentine’s Day. Order placed before 9am Thursday with Overnight or 2-day air Saturday shipping will be shipped for delivery before the 14th.
