What a drool-inducing week! All your comments with your dreams for veganized Southern comfort food like biscuits and gravy, grits, and hush puppies made we want to visit Bianca in Memphis for some down-home cookin’. Luckily for all of us, we don’t have to buy a plane ticket to get those vegan flavors anymore, they’re as close as our nearest bookstore. And, for our lucky winner they’re closer than that!
