Today is the day, everyone; the day we give away FIVE gift certificates to Veggie Grill! It seems that everyone’s idea of “fast food” is a little different. When we asked about your favorite vegan fast food meal we expected the standard burgers-and-fries-type items to top the list. However, thanks mostly to Veggie Grill’s redefinition of fast food, your faves included vegan nachos, blackened tempeh, and kale salad. This just helps prove our hypothesis from the beginning of our interview with Kevin that Veggie Grill has indeed hit that sweet spot where healthy, fast and delicious foods intersect. (If only the typical fast food joints knew that kale salad, sweet potato fries and cauliflower mashed potatoes could be “fast food” too, Americans might be a whole lot healthier.) But enough of my babbling!
