Gettin’ Nutty!
Over the years I’ve tried all kinds of nut butters out of curiosity, almond butter, macadamia nut butter, sunflower butter, but none have even come close to good ol’ crunchy salted peanut butter! 
What is it about peanuts that are just so dang good? Not being a food scientist, that was more of a rhetorical question, but it leads me to my next point which is that one of the best ways I’ve found to eat perfect peanut butter is in Allison’s amazing vegan peanut butter cups. Just as peanut butter is the very best nut butter, so these vegan peanut butter cups are the ultimate vegan confection, smooth, creamy, salty, sweet and richly chocolate-y.
Oh, and while I’m on this peanut butter tangent, have you tried our soft peanut butter cookies? 
If you like peanut butter and you haven’t yet tried these deliciously soft peanut butter cookies you’re in for a treat. They’re crispy ’round the edges and chewy in the middle, just like the old fashioned ones my grandmother used to make, only better, because they’re vegan!
The Flavors of Summer
It feels like spring here in Northern California, which makes me start looking forward to long days of summer fun in the sun. For all you cookie monsters out there, here’s a little sneak preview of some of our 
gourmet cookie flavors coming up in the summer months.
May kicks off the summer season with Coconut Key Lime cookies. There’s nothing like mild coconut and tangy lime to whisk you away to an imaginary tropical paradise. June’s gourmet cookies will be Mint Chocolate Chip, a perfectly sweet refreshing flavor for the hot days of summer. July goes classic with chewy peanut butter cookies just like the ones mother used to make. Here’s to planning ahead… we have your summer sweet tooth all taken care of.
