School’s Back In, But Summer’s Not Over
I always find it strange that this is the time of year when kids all start going back to school. To me, it feels like the height of summer. 
All the fruit is ripe, gardens are bursting with fresh produce, and days are still warm and lazy. So, even though school may be back in session soon, lets all try to hold onto the tastes and joys of summer for a while longer. Include some organic cookies like (Wheat-Free) Peanut Butter, or Mint Chocolate Chip in your first school lunches. Go to the river or the lake on the weekends, eat watermelon, and enjoy some summery desserts like our Sour Cherry and Apple Pie flavors of vegan fudge. Looking Forward to Tropical Brownies in August
We just completed a successful test of next month’s (Wheat-Free) Toasted Coconut Brownies, and let me tell you, they are gorgeous! 
Beautiful white coconut ribbons get layered on top of our luscious dark chocolate vegan brownies like a tropical chocolate paradise. Then, as they bake, the coconut toasts to golden perfection and these decadent vegan brownies look and taste absolutely angelic.
